Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, typing, and data entry
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments for team members
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate person or department
- Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare expense reports
- Provide excellent phone etiquette and customer service to clients
Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
