Job Title: Site Safety and Health Officer (SSHO) – Federal Construction Projects

Position Overview
The Site Safety and Health Officer (SSHO) plays a vital on-site leadership role for Alliant Construction's federal construction projects. The SSHO is responsible for implementing and managing the safety and health program in accordance with USACE EM 385-1-1, OSHA 29 CFR 1926, and contract-specific safety requirements. The successful candidate will ensure that all construction activities are executed safely and in compliance with federal and company standards while maintaining a proactive safety culture on the job site.
