This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for an Angel Tree Christmas Program Manager in the United States.

In this role, you will oversee the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of a nationwide Christmas program, ensuring a seamless and meaningful experience for church partners and participants. You will manage digital tools, including apps and databases, to streamline program operations while providing excellent customer support. Collaborating closely with IT, program staff, and volunteers, you will optimize processes, monitor data accuracy, and ensure resources are accessible and effective. Your work will directly impact the lives of families and communities, creating a positive, mission-driven experience. This is a remote, hands-on position with opportunities for occasional travel and significant contribution to program success.

Accountabilities

  • Manage and maintain digital tools supporting the Christmas program, including apps, registration systems, and background checks.
  • Test and support new IT initiatives to ensure full usability and program efficiency.
  • Monitor and maintain data across platforms to ensure accuracy, completeness, and optimal user experience.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for incoming program data and ensure training materials are accurate and current.
  • Provide timely customer support to church partners, resolving issues and answering inquiries effectively.
  • Collaborate with IT, program staff, and volunteers to implement process improvements and best practices.
  • Contribute to the strategic planning and operational success of the Christmas program.



Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in program management, digital user experience, or related fields.
  • 3–5 years of ministry experience within a local church or parachurch organization.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent coursework and experience.
  • Intermediate+ technical skills with Salesforce, MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), UI design, internet, and database management.
  • Strong knowledge of content and digital communications, process management, and data analysis.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Ability to work remotely and travel up to 10% as needed.
