BUSINESS OPERATIONS MANAGER

At Beyond Type 1, we’re on a mission to improve the lives of people impacted by diabetes. We’re looking for a strategic, solutions-focused Business Ops Manager to help us scale our impact, streamline how we work, and support the digital tools that power our mission.

What You’ll Do

🔧 Operations & Systems

• Design and improve workflows across teams to boost productivity and impact
   
• Collaborate across partnerships, marketing, and social impact teams on tech rollouts and integrations
   
• Use data, process mapping, and automation to streamline operations
   
• Develop and maintain KPI dashboards to track organizational performance
   
• Train teams on updates, enhancements, and new system deployments
   

📲 Digital Product & Project Management

• Lead the development lifecycle of digital platforms (like GetInsulin.org) and internal tools
   
• Align with stakeholders to prioritize projects and shape roadmaps
   
• Coordinate with vendors and developers on product builds, launches, and improvements
   
• Monitor performance metrics and implement changes based on user needs
   
• Champion a user-first mindset in every product decision
   

📈 Strategic Initiatives

• Partner closely with the VP of Ops to execute top-priority projects
   
• Build structures and systems that help teams move faster, smarter, and with purpose
   
• Foster an agile, adaptable, and high-performing organizational culture
   

You Might Be a Great Fit If You...

• Have 4+ years of experience in business operations, systems, or project management
   
• Know your way around CRMs (Hubspot, Salesforce), Asana, or data tools like Looker
   
• Have experience with no-code/low-code tools and API integrations
   
• Are comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities with strong attention to detail
   
• Enjoy improving systems and streamlining processes
   
• Think strategically, act tactically, and adapt easily to change
   
• Have strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-first attitude
   
• Are driven by purpose and care about supporting the diabetes community (personal connection a plus!)
