Are you dedicated to creating a lasting, positive influence in the lives of children throughout the county? If so, consider joining Susquehanna County Children & Youth as a County Casework Supervisor. This position gives you the opportunity to take your professional social service career to the next level with a team that strives to strengthen, educate, and preserve families in collaboration with community and family resources to ensure the safety, wellbeing, and permanency of the children we serve!
In this position, you will be responsible for the daily supervision of caseworkers, casework aides, and clerical staff. Work involves assigning and supervising child abuse investigations; providing case management, counseling, and referral services; and performing coaching conferences with each assigned caseworker for case planning.
