Administrative oversight and monitoring services for Cambria County’s programs are the primary focus of this role. You will participate in management reviews with service providers on a quarterly basis as well as monitor waiver and base funds as it relates to Individual Support Plans (ISPs) in our Home Community Services Information System. Our team will rely on you to review and process critical revisions to ISPs; collect and report fiscal and related data; complete authorizations for service; and compile required monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for submission to the appropriate entities. Work includes collaborating with the Fiscal Officer with financial information needed to complete reports as needed.
A collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills are essential as you will provide technical assistance to support our service provider agencies, as well as participate in and provide staff development and training. You may also be expected to participate in provider service contract negotiations with our administrative staff and contracted provider agencies, resolve disputes, and complete certified investigations as needed.
