As a Customer Service Rep I – Claims Alert in Remote, US (Permanent Part-Time), you’ll assist clients calling about insurance claims—primarily auto—while providing empathetic and efficient service.

Processes and input new first notice of loss insurance claims and inquiry calls.



Responsibilities
  • Intake First Notice of Loss (FNOL) claims.
  • Conducts emergency adjuster call outs via three-way calls with client.
  • Processes emergency or catastrophe event FNOL.
  • Achieves and maintains proficiency with all client instructions.
  • Meets or exceeds call center standards.
  • Provides excellent customer service to all internal team members and external customers.
  • Assists with special projects or performs other duties as requested.
  • Upholds the Crawford Code of Conduct.


Qualifications
  • High school diploma is required.
  • 1-2 years of face to face, telephony, or administrative customer service experience.
  • Ability to deal tactfully and professionally with clients over the phone.
  • Strong computer and keyboard skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good time management abilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving ability.
  • Excellent written, verbal and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Strong work ethic.
