In this position, you’ll assist union members who have requested information about their benefits. You’ll guide them through their available options, answer questions, and ensure each individual feels confident and informed in their choices.
Typical responsibilities include:
Managing incoming and outgoing communications with members who have shown interest in learning more
Setting up and conducting virtual consultations to review benefits and eligibility
Providing clear, accurate, and empathetic explanations of available programs
Completing necessary forms, documentation, and follow-ups
Maintaining accurate records and ensuring high-quality standards in all processes
Taking part in ongoing training sessions and mentorship programs to strengthen your professional skills
Working closely with team leaders and colleagues to maintain smooth communication and consistent service
