Summary:

Atlantis University is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Success Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our customers by providing exceptional support and building strong relationships. Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of customers, serving as their main point of contact
• Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and ensure their success
• Provide product training and support to customers to help them maximize the value of our solutions
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to drive revenue growth
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and escalations in a timely manner
• Track customer interactions and maintain accurate records in CRM system

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• 2+ years of experience in customer success or account management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) is a plus
