This is a full-time role at a fast-moving AI SaaS company built and owned by Auston Troyer (via austontroyer.com). The team is creating innovative AI-powered tools that help businesses streamline workflows, automate tasks, and unlock new levels of efficiency through intuitive, intelligent solutions. As the company scales rapidly, they’re looking for a customer-focused specialist who can guide prospects through demos, support new users, and help clients extract real value from the platform.

Location: United States - Full Time - Fully Remote


Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities

  • Take inbound sales calls and run engaging demos of our AI tools
  • Explain use cases clearly and help prospects understand real business impact
  • Build strong relationships with new and existing customers
  • Follow up consistently to support conversions and renewals
  • Onboard new clients and ensure their setup is smooth and successful
  • Deliver high-touch support as the trusted human side of the product
  • Gather customer feedback and share insights with the product team
  • Become a power user of the platform and internal expert
  • Help customers understand how AI fits into their business workflows

Your Toolbox: Skills to be Successful

  • Experience in customer success, SaaS onboarding, or software sales
  • Comfortable learning new software quickly and deeply
  • Strong communicator who can simplify complex ideas
  • Familiarity with AI agents, dashboards, permissions, and API-driven tools
  • Ability to identify whether issues are user errors, configuration problems, or dev-level
  • Curious, proactive, relationship-driven personality
