RequirementsResponsibilities:
- Obtain, validate, and organize large client data sets for use within the Zipliens platform.
- Maintain high standards of accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency across all data deliverables.
- Manage recurring data exchanges with external agencies (e.g., Medicare, LRP vendors, Medicaid), ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Deliver customized reporting solutions and visualizations to meet internal and external needs.
- Work with client data teams to improve onboarding and file delivery processes.
- Identify inefficiencies in recurring workflows, lead optimization initiatives, and document processes and standards to support internal consistency and knowledge sharing.
- Partner with developers to define requirements and support tool development in the Zipliens portal.
- Provide department leadership with metrics, KPIs, and data-driven recommendations.
- Communicate data challenges and solutions clearly and succinctly across teams.
Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of experience in data analysis, operations, or reporting.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel; exposure to SQL or BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
- Prior experience in the personal injury, mass tort, or lien processing industry (required).
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a thoughtful approach to downstream impacts.
- Comfortable balancing multiple projects and working autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Professionalism, self-sufficiency, and readiness for remote work.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or analytical field (preferred).
