About the Role:
Join Ryan, Inc. as a Data Analyst and play a key role in transforming data into actionable insights. In this exciting position, you'll collaborate with a dynamic team in our Louisville, KY office to enhance our data-driven decision-making processes.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven initiatives.
- Utilize statistical methods to interpret data and provide recommendations.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across various data sources.
- Present findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Assist in the development of data collection processes and systems.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analytics.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis or a similar role.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with databases.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for data accuracy and quality.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Compensation: $90,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
