This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide high-level administrative support to the President, ensuring smooth and efficient operations within a fast-growing company focused on bridging the digital divide in rural communities. The Executive Assistant will manage complex calendars, coordinate communications, and organize meetings and travel logistics, while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. This position requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and supports executive leadership with exceptional organizational skills.

Accountabilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the President’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements with priority and accuracy.
  • Serve as the main liaison between the President and internal/external stakeholders, drafting and editing correspondence as needed.
  • Organize and facilitate meetings, prepare materials, record minutes, and track follow-up actions.
  • Arrange domestic and international travel logistics, ensuring smooth itineraries and accommodations.
  • Maintain confidential files, prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with clients, partners, and team members on behalf of the President.
  • Support special projects and assignments with adaptability and effective problem-solving.


Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role supporting C-level executives.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software tools.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Ability to work remotely or in a hybrid setup, local to New Braunfels, Texas.
  • Ability to provide a Meyers-Briggs personality assessment is a plus.
