Popular BBQ Joint Federalist Pig is looking to add to our morning prep team. We are looking for passionate cooks who are interested in BBQ as well as great customer service. Our team shares all the tips so we are hoping that anyone we hire can not only work in our kitchen but also be a friendly face if they happen to interact with guests. This is an AM position with an ideal entry time of 5am and typically a 5am/5:30am-1pm Schedule. The job would including prepping of sauces and sides as well as prepping of meats going in and out of the smoker. We also have an offsite catering business we are looking to build a team for as well as many other opportunities for growth. We look forward to talking with you.
