HR Learning Partner Coordinator

Del Oro Consulting, a national consulting solutions provider supporting global technology leaders, is seeking an experienced HR Learning Partner Coordinator to support one of our clients. This organization drives global talent and organizational development initiatives that strengthen leadership capabilities, support employee growth, and foster a high-performance culture aligned to the company’s strategic business objectives.
The HR Learning Partner Coordinator will provide direct coordination and project management support to HR Learning Partners (LPs), ensuring smooth execution of learning initiatives and consistent engagement with stakeholders. The ideal candidate is highly organized, collaborative, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Responsibilities
- Support HR Learning Partners in planning, documenting, and tracking learning initiatives from intake through execution
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and communications to ensure alignment and accountability
- Maintain project trackers, intake forms, and dashboards to centralize information and increase visibility
- Coordinate alignment meetings with internal learning teams and stakeholders to clarify expectations and document key decisions
- Prepare learning materials and manage logistics for internal workshops and development programs
- Track participation, engagement metrics, and feedback for reporting and continuous improvement
- Assist with vendor management and finance processes including SOWs, contracts, DocuSign routing, and purchase requests
- Identify and address process gaps between HRLPs, learning teams, and business stakeholders
- Standardize templates, intake questions, and communications to drive efficiency
- Support measurement and reporting of learning program success indicators
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in project or program coordination, preferably supporting Learning & Development or HR initiatives
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain structure, and track detailed deliverables
- Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills across HR, L&D, and business functions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools
- Self-starter with curiosity, adaptability, and a solutions-oriented approach
Preferred
- Background in Learning & Development or HR programs
- Experience in a global, matrixed organization
- Familiarity with intake process design, feedback loops, and post-program measurement
Engagement Details
- $33–$40/hour
- W2 Contract
- 100% Remote
