Key Objectives

  • Provide exceptional customer service through mobile communication channels.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, text, or mobile apps.
  • Record and update customer information, orders, and feedback into company databases with high accuracy.
  • Resolve customer issues by coordinating with relevant departments and providing timely follow-ups.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of customer data at all times.
  • Assist in generating reports based on collected data to support business decisions.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher is a plus.
  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a mobile or remote setting.

  • Proficiency with mobile devices, CRM software, and data management tools.
