We are looking for an experienced Project Senior Principal Consultant provides critical support to portfolio leaders in delivering successful outcomes across a range of strategic initiatives of Oracle Health EHR (Millennium) solutions across Federal agencies including the Department of Defense, United States Coast Guard, Veterans Affairs and Indian Health Service.
The Federal Consulting team is a group of hard-working, knowledgeable, passionate members who want to shape the electronic health records systems for active-duty service men and women, their beneficiaries, our Nation’s Veteran’s, American Indians, and Alaska Natives.
This role helps analyze business needs to ensure that project goals align with organizational priorities and stakeholder expectations. By applying project management best practices, this position supports the planning, tracking, and delivery of small to medium-sized projects, as well as contributes to portfolio-level reporting and coordination.
Support portfolio leaders with the process standardization within their portfolio. Contribute to data collection and analysis efforts to support performance tracking, reporting, and executive-level updates. Assist in identifying areas for operational improvement, process standardization, and innovation across healthcare portfolios. Analyze business needs and project requirements to ensure alignment with organizational objectives. Apply project management methodologies and internal policies to help manage risks, ensure compliance, and drive consistent execution. Support development of project plans, schedules, risk logs, decision trackers, and other key project documentation. Coordinate meetings, prepare materials, and track follow-ups across cross-functional teams. Assist with stakeholder engagement and communication to help manage expectations and align priorities. Monitor project performance and escalate issues or risks as needed to portfolio leaders. Support remediation of underperforming projects or task orders, including helping re-baseline schedules and reestablish expectations. Collaborate with business leads and project teams to support strategic planning, change management, and continuous improvement efforts. Contribute to business development or strategic planning efforts by identifying opportunities for process improvements or new initiatives.
