This role is ideal for a highly skilled technical professional with federal clearance, who thrives at the intersection of enterprise technology and solution architecture. You will lead complex presales engagements, collaborating with federal clients to design and deliver innovative IT solutions that meet critical business objectives. The position requires deep understanding of both customer missions and technical ecosystems, translating business needs into functional solution designs. You will act as a trusted advisor, leveraging expertise in cloud, enterprise architecture, and emerging technologies to drive value and mitigate risks. This role involves travel to customer sites and requires close coordination with internal account teams, partners, and executives. The environment is fast-paced, high-impact, and highly collaborative, offering opportunities to influence strategic outcomes at the federal level.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead the design and presentation of outcome-based enterprise solutions aligned with federal client needs.
  • Collaborate with account teams and customer stakeholders to understand technical and business requirements.
  • Translate business objectives into technical architectures and solution proposals, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
  • Manage customer and internal expectations, mitigating risk throughout presales engagements.
  • Maintain and expand knowledge of emerging technologies, market trends, and federal IT requirements.
  • Build relationships with VPs, CxOs, and other senior stakeholders to influence technical strategies and drive solution adoption.
  • Monitor competitive landscape and identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and new solution deployment.
  • Document and share best practices, providing mentorship and knowledge transfer to peers and partners.


Requirements
  • Active TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Poly (FSP) required.
  • 12+ years of technical experience in IT, including solution architecture, consulting, or presales support.
  • 2+ years supporting sales teams and end users in developing technical enterprise solutions.
  • Advanced degree in technology or related field preferred, or equivalent technical qualifications.
  • 2+ industry-standard technology certifications or equivalent experience.
  • Strong understanding of federal customer missions, enterprise architecture frameworks, and IT landscape.
  • Expertise in complex sales processes, solution design, and customer engagement strategies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, navigate ambiguity, and work collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
