This role is ideal for a proactive recruiter with a passion for connecting top talent with outstanding career opportunities. You will focus on sourcing, engaging, and securing high-caliber Sales Executives and Digital Marketing professionals across the USA. The position emphasizes building strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders, understanding business needs, and guiding the hiring process from start to finish. Success in this role requires industry insight, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. You will play a critical role in shaping recruitment strategies, ensuring a smooth candidate experience, and supporting the company’s growth objectives.

Accountabilities

  • Identify, source, and engage qualified candidates for Sales Executive and Digital Marketing roles through diverse channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
  • Conduct interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit, and present detailed candidate profiles to stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and business leaders to understand their staffing needs and priorities.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and talent market insights to guide recruitment strategies.
  • Manage interview scheduling, candidate preparation, feedback collection, and ensure a smooth, positive candidate experience.
  • Assist with closing candidates, managing counteroffers, and ensuring successful onboarding.
  • Maintain compliance with legal requirements and industry standards, keeping accurate records of candidate interactions and placements.


Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience recruiting Sales Executives and Digital Marketing professionals, preferably in the USA market.
  • Experience in recruiting IT Professional Services Sales Executives is a plus.
  • Proven track record of successful placements and high client/candidate satisfaction.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
