About Bear Robotics: Why Now Is the Time to Join
At Bear Robotics, we’re reshaping the future of logistics with smart, autonomous robots built for real-world movement—inside the four walls of warehouses, distribution centers, shipping docks, and last-mile fulfillment hubs.
With thousands of robots already deployed globally in restaurants and hospitality, we’ve proven that practical automation can solve labor gaps, increase consistency, and scale fast. Now, we’re expanding into logistics, where operators are seeking better ways to move goods—not make them.
As companies face growing pressure to improve throughput, reduce operating costs, and relieve labor shortages, Bear Robotics is uniquely positioned to bring safe, easy-to-deploy AMRs into complex logistics environments. From internal transport to staging, replenishment, and returns handling—our robots are ready. We just need the right leader to take this category to market.
The Role
We’re hiring a senior enterprise sales executive to own and lead our logistics vertical. You’ll focus on winning early pilot customers and scaling multi-site deals across warehouses, distribution centers, shipping hubs, and last-mile facilities. Your mission: unlock anchor customers, validate high-ROI use cases, and define the GTM motion for logistics automation.
This role is perfect for someone who knows logistics—either from working inside the industry or selling into it. You understand how things move within a facility. You can walk a floor, talk to operators, and identify friction points Bear’s robots can solve.
You’ll collaborate across Bear’s product, deployment, and engineering teams to shape how we serve this space—and you’ll be on the frontlines building lasting partnerships with the country’s largest logistics operators.
