Senior Finance Manager – FP&A Aftermarket Operations
As a Senior Finance Manager for the Rotorcraft Turboprop business within GE Aerospace, you will partner with the operations and project teams to drive execution, accountability, and financial commitments across sustainment. Responsible for driving optimal performance and profitability, providing financial planning, analysis, and reporting for Rotorcraft Turboprop Engines P&L.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible for leading the RTPE FP&A Services rhythms including building and managing the budget, preparing short-term and long-range forecasts, monthly pacing, and monthly/quarterly reporting for income and cash to analyze revenue, margin, cost drivers and operational KPIs; responsible for managing Spares financial inputs within models to ensure sound execution in coordination with CSS Finance.
- Proactively partner with Directors, cross-functional military and commercial operational leaders, and MRO/Service delivery counterparts to enhance financial forecasting.
- Translate operational outcomes into clear financial impacts, enabling CFO and DES Leaders to manage risks, capitalize opportunities and achieve execution targets; provide forward-looking insights to drive decision making related to inventory optimization, program execution, capacity planning and operational efficiencies.
- Serve as the RTPE finance focal point for Repair & Overhaul shops, both current and future state business, in coordination with the RTPE Services Director. Act as trusted advisor and sounding board to leadership escalating critical issues as necessary.
- Evaluate cost structures and margin dynamics for transactional agreements, material services agreements, long term service agreements, basic ordering agreements and IDIQs; partner with operations to drive favorable business results.
- Support aftermarket program reviews, contract performance analysis, sustainment metrics, and customer commitments; manage audit requirements and internal control reporting. Complete standard work tasks across P&L.
- Leverage FLIGHT DECK tools to drive continuous improvement efforts to simplify and streamline FP&A processes including revamping forecasting and budgeting processes, simplifying reporting, and reducing manual touchpoints. Incorporate into daily management to maximize financial position in defense and commercial.
- Lead teams or projects with minimal resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity. Communicates difficult concepts for sound decision making; uses high level of judgment to make decisions and handle complex tasks or problems that impact the function. Has ability to assess quality of information given and ask pertinent questions to stakeholders. Able to offer new solutions to problems outside of set parameters and can construct and provide recommendations. Uses multiple internal and some external sources outside of own function to help arrive at a decision.
- Key delegate for CFO in designated leadership meetings, operational reviews and cross-functional decision forums.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business or related discipline.
- 6+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, finance, or related fields

- Expertise with financial planning systems
- Ability to travel to support applicable efforts.
- Open to remote work with willingness to travel as requested.
The base pay range for this position is $128,800.00 - 171,700.00 USD Annual. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary. This posting is expected to close on 12/31/25.
