The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
 

We are seeking a dynamic Service Excellence Delivery- Product Owner with expertise in HR solutions to drive the vision, strategy, and execution of our HR-focused marketing products and initiatives. The role bridges business needs, employee experience, and digital marketing capabilities to deliver impactful HR tools, platforms, and campaigns that support talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

Platform Strategy

  • Accountable for the Workday Help Center of Excellence (COE) to provide strategic direction, prioritize business needs, and oversee functional decisions related to the platform.

  • Responsible for providing business oversight and approvals for system changes, enhancements, and fixes, ensuring a consistent and scalable global case management experience. At the same time, it will balance the unique needs of each region, service team, and HR function.

Product Ownership

  • Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for HR marketing platforms and campaigns.

  • Collaborate with employees, people leaders, HR, Talent Acquisition, and Communications teams to understand business needs and employee experience goals (lead focus groups across all Solventum personas)

  • Prioritize features and enhancements based on business value, employee impact, and data insights.

  • Platform Evolution - Determine how Workday Help should evolve to better support:

    • Employees

    • People Leaders

    • HR (HRBPs, CoEs)

    • HR Service Delivery Teams

    • Overall Case Management and Knowledge Experience

Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Champion the transformation of HR Services into a productized, scalable model, balancing global consistency with local needs.

  • Develop go-to-market strategies for HR-related initiatives, including employer branding, recruitment marketing, onboarding and employee engagement campaigns.

  • Drive the adoption and continuous improvement of AI enabled solutions and self-service capabilities to improve HR service delivery.

  • Partner with HR leaders to design targeted messaging, channels, and campaigns that attract, retain, and inspire talent.

  • Align marketing initiatives with corporate values, Inclusion and Belonging strategy, and workforce priorities.

Content, AI & Knowledge Management

  • Own and manage the global HR knowledge base and content strategy, ensuring information is clear, searchable, localized, and consistently branded.

  • Partner with the HR Technology team to drive AI enablement and intelligent content delivery across HR platforms.

  • Ensure HR content is accurate, timely, and aligned to user journeys and key moments in the employee lifecycle.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Change Management

  • Serve as the main point of contact between HR stakeholders, communication and marketing teams, IT and digital development teams.

  • Translate HR needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

  • Facilitate workshops, feedback sessions, sprint reviews with HR and marketing partners as well as focus groups  across different employee personas to ensure services meet real-world needs.

  • Lead change enablement efforts to drive platform adoption, enhance user experience, and ensure alignment across functions.

Performance & Analytics

  • Define and monitor KPIs related to HR marketing initiatives and platform usage (e.g., talent acquisition funnel, employer brand reach, internal campaign engagement).

  • Use data-driven insights to continuously improve campaigns, platforms, and user experiences & sentiment

  • Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to HR and business leaders to inform future improvements.

  • Apply product marketing principles to increase awareness, understanding, and usage of HR platforms and services.

Your Skills and Expertise 
 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, HR, Communications, or related field; advanced degree preferred. Master’s degree preferred.

  • 5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Digital/Marketing Manager, or HR Technology/Product Manager or similar role.

  • Experience with HR processes, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and employer branding.

  • Experience with digital marketing tools (ATS, CRM, HRIS integrations, career sites, intranets, employee engagement platforms).

  • 5 years of leadership experience

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • Skilled in Agile/Scrum, stakeholder management, data-driven decision making, experience working withand ability to manage cross-functional, global teams

  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and change management skills.

  • Skilled in product marketing, internal communications, and user adoption strategies.

  • Ability to analyze complex data and translate it into meaningful insights and actions.

  • Strategic Global product experience

  • Passionate about human-centered design, improving the employee journey, and delivering measurable impact.Ability to balance strategic vision with tactical execution.

  • Skilled at building trust and alignment between HR, Communications & Brand, employees, people leaders, and IT teams.

  • Remote USA
