As a Recruiter at Nimbl, you’ll play a foundational role in helping us find, attract, and retain the exceptional team members who serve our clients. From sourcing and screening to process optimization and candidate experience, your work will directly influence Nimbl’s culture and ability to scale.

Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines across a variety of roles (accounting, operations, tech support, leadership)
Own the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate outreach, screening, scheduling, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination
Partner with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs
Improve and manage our applicant tracking system and recruitment process documentation
Uphold and improve candidate experience standards
Track hiring metrics and provide reporting to leadership
Develop scalable systems for interview scheduling, feedback loops, and performance tracking of new hires
Manage recruitment-related communication with internal team members and external partners
Assist in employer brand strategy and marketing initiatives in partnership with the People and Marketing teams
Identify and drive strategic sourcing opportunities to expand our reach
Work closely with the international staffing team to align recruiting strategies across regions
This is a part-time position at approximately 10-20 hours per week. While the schedule is flexible, daily availability during a co-created schedule a consistent weekly cadence will allow this position to support ongoing candidate communication and coordinate internally.
A genuine love of people, especially understanding what motivates them and how to connect them with meaningful work.
An obsession with timelines, follow-through, and making (and keeping) clear agreements
Prior recruiting experience in a high-growth or high-touch environment
Ability to operate independently while keeping stakeholders informed
Experience using ATS platforms and a variety of sourcing tools
Comfort and clarity when communicating via email, Zoom, and Slack
Commitment to documentation and process improvement
Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, etc.)
Experience hiring for accounting or professional services roles (bonus, but not required)
Experience supporting international hiring or working with offshore teams (bonus)
This is a part-time role (20 hours/week) with an hourly rate between $28.85 and $33.65, depending on experience and qualifications. This corresponds to a full-time equivalent salary of $60,000–$70,000/year. Pay increases will be based on performance, process improvement, and overall impact.
