Element451 is looking for a hands-on, highly organized Warehouse & Event Logistics Coordinator to help bring our brand to life through seamless event and warehouse support. In this part-time role, you’ll be the go-to person behind the scenes - making sure our marketing materials are packed, shipped, and delivered with care, and that our warehouse stays organized and ready for action.

Whether it’s prepping for a major conference, sending new hire swag, or keeping our gear event-ready, you’ll play a key role in helping our team show up in the world.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee and maintain inventory of all event signage, marketing materials, and promotional gear.

• Coordinate shipments and returns for conferences, trade shows, and field events.

• Keep our warehouse tidy, organized, and efficient - including receiving and stocking items.

• Conduct regular checks to ensure everything is functioning and fully stocked.

• Manage timelines, packing lists, and shipping documentation for multiple events at once.

• Lift and move event gear (must be comfortable lifting 50+ lbs).

• Support select off-site events as needed (some weekend availability required).

• Fulfill and pack new hire swag and customer welcome boxes.

What We’re Looking For:

• Reliable, proactive, and comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment and operating a pallet jack.

• Able to lift and carry 50+ lbs on a regular basis.

• Flexible availability (including occasional weekends/pop-ins) estimated 10-15 hours a week.

• Prior experience in shipping/receiving or warehouse/logistics coordination is a plus - but not required.
