Workday Project Manager

Hale International is proud to partner exclusively with a global media and entertainment conglomerate launching a multi-phase Workday transformation program. The organization are initially rolling out the full Workday HCM Suite across three separate countries, this will be followed by further deployments of Workday Financial's and Adaptive Planning. We are seeking a highly experienced Workday Project Manager for an 18-month contract to oversee the successful execution of key milestones.

The Project Manager will lead a team of internal resources and will be expected to set deadlines and time frames. They will play a key role in the design of the system, working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure the organization get the best Workday for their requirements.

• 18-month Contract
• Remote (Quarterly travel for key meetings)
• 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the Workday implementation lifecycle.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across HR, Finance, and IT to align project goals.
• Create and maintain project plans, status updates, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Lead project governance, stakeholder meetings, and deliverables tracking.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of project management experience with at least 2 Workday full lifecycle implementations.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills.
• Familiarity with both Workday HCM and Financial's preferred.
• PMP or equivalent certification desirable.
