This is a fully Remote role within the US (preference to Pacific and Mountain Time Zones)

Lead month-end and year-end close processes, while streamlining and automating for efficiency and ensuring deadlines are consistently met.
Oversee preparation and analysis of financial statements in compliance with US GAAP.
Manage external audits, including documentation and coordination.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve accuracy and efficiency.
Introduce and optimize financial systems/tools (e.g., Blackline, Floqast, Cap software).
Supervise, train, and evaluate growing accounting team.
Support SOX implementation and compliance.
Contribute to ad hoc projects such as acquisitions and technical accounting.
A collaborative leader who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
Highly organized, able to juggle multiple priorities with precision.
Motivated to work independently while also building strong cross-functional relationships
8+ years of accounting experience, including 2+ years in Software/SaaS.
CPA license (required) and Big 4 public accounting background (highly preferred).
3+ years of team management experience.
Strong knowledge of US GAAP.
Proficiency with accounting systems; NetSuite experience preferred.
