Founded in 2012, Capitol Bridge is based in Arlington, Virginia and has proven expertise providing independent medical reviews, records/data management services, medical coding, administrative staffing and eligibility reviews.   

 

Capitol Bridge LLC is seeking a full-time Remote Administrative Support to support various locations.  We are looking for an experienced highly functioning administrative assistant to aid the leadership and training team to meet and exceed our client’s expectations. The administrative support aide will facilitate conversations between onsite training team, supervisors, and managers to create, track and manage data.   

Schedule:  
This is a seasonal position (should last less than 6 months), and the contact center hours of operation will vary by location but generally are: 6:00 AM to 12:00 AM local time, Sunday through Saturday (7 days a week). 

Location: Remote 

Pay and Benefits: 
Base rate: $20.05 per hr

Job Responsibilities:  

  • The remote support administrator is responsible for supporting the Operations Managers with the project's administration and business processes.   

  • Supporting company leadership and supervising administrative department activities.   

  • Create and set the tone for a positive team environment and maximize efficiency.   

  • Stay open to feedback and set professional goals.   

  • Ensure work is completed in an appropriate period.   

  • Coordinating schedules and managing calendars for leadership to ensure that activities are properly arranged with no conflicts.   

  • Creating spreadsheets and presentations.   

  • Entering and updating project, employee, and client documents.   

  • Maintaining open, positive, and direct communication.   

Qualifications & Experience: 

  • At least three (3) years of experience in a related field required.   

  • Thorough organizational skills and attention to detail.   

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.   

  • Must show strong computer skills, for example: Microsoft office suite.   

  • Must be willing to go through a background check.   

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree related to the job requirements preferred.  

  • Ability to be flexible in work schedule to meet changing business needs, deadlines, and priorities.
