Schedule meetings and take meeting minutes.
Maintain contact lists and distribute mail.
Make travel arrangements and file expense reports on behalf of staff.
Assist in the preparation of reports.
Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements and calling for repairs.
Monitor inventory levels, place orders, or request supplies.
Develop and maintain an organized filing system for records and reports.
Provide event planning support.
