Job Description

Manages and distributes information to staff. Provides office support to managers and staff. Conducts general administrative activities. Provides event planning support. Maintain contact lists and distribute mail.
Make travel arrangements and file expense reports on behalf of staff.
Assist in the preparation of reports.

Job Responsibilities: 

Schedule meetings and take meeting minutes.

Maintain contact lists and distribute mail. 

Make travel arrangements and file expense reports on behalf of staff.

Assist in the preparation of reports. 

Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements and calling for repairs. 

Monitor inventory levels, place orders, or request supplies.

Develop and maintain an organized filing system for records and reports.  

Provide event planning support.

Education & Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent, plus two years of experience.
