šŸ“ Position Summary

The Administrative Assistant II provides dedicated support to a department or leader at Prime. You’ll handle day-to-day coordination tasks like managing calendars, travel, expenses, and administrative duties, all while ensuring a seamless experience for both internal and external stakeholders.


šŸ“Œ Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a representative of the assigned function—managing calls, visitors, and ensuring consistent experiences
  • Manage leader and/or department calendars; intake, prioritize, and schedule meetings
  • Coordinate travel and lodging arrangements for team members and leaders
  • Organize team meetings/conferences and ensure technology, materials, and logistics are in place
  • Maintain and document policies, procedures, reports, and presentations
  • Act as the point of contact for administrative policy/procedure inquiries
  • Support general office duties and projects such as onboarding, presentation prep, and supply ordering
  • Process invoices and department expenses
  • Capture and distribute meeting minutes
  • Support and maintain team recognition programs

šŸŽ“ Education & Experience Requirements

  • Required:
    • High school diploma or GED
    • Minimum of 3 years in administrative, department coordination, or customer service
    • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
  • Preferred:
    • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
    • Experience using Visio
    • Prior experience in healthcare, PBM, or managed care environment

  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Proven organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive materials
  • Self-starter with proactive problem-solving abilities
  • Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-changing environment

  • Occasional walking, standing, bending, or lifting (up to 25 lbs)
