Customer Service Supervisor

Salary Range: $59,000 – $98,000 annually

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily and weekly team goals as assigned by management
• Monitor staff performance trends and time/attendance; provide timely feedback
• Conduct monthly performance reviews and develop performance improvement plans
• Assist with dialer configuration logic and real-time workflow monitoring
• Provide hands-on support to Customer Service Representatives and facilitate team huddles
• Analyze department call statistics and quality assurance reports; provide coaching and training
• Approve patient budget plans and resolve escalated patient complaints
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure proper handling of patient accounts
• Maintain and update department procedures, training materials, and job aids
• Communicate unresolved issues to management and perform other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

• University Degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Customer Service, Leadership, Banking, or a Professional role
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and professionally

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Knowledge of Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and managed care billing
• CPC or other coding certification
• Experience with dialer systems
