The Job

The Dealer Success Manager (DSM) is responsible for launching and immediately producing dealer accounts within their assigned regions. The DSM role is critical to the success of Agora’s dealer partners. This role will travel to the dealership’s physical location and work through a defined launch/install process, documenting in Zoho CRM, and be accountable and compensated for the first 45 days of an assigned dealer's production from the Date of Install as indicated in Zoho. 

 

What You’ll Do

  • Act as an Agora subject matter expert for dealership sales and F&I practices.
  • Follow the dealership's in-store launch process to maximize the success of the AgoraCapital program.
  • Deliver dealer success that meets/exceeds company objectives
  • Work closely with the Sales & Marketing team, as well as other departments, to continue developing and enhancing the AgoraCapital program.
  • Effectively communicate and sell the value of AgoraCapital, leveraging customer interaction, questions, and the application of Agora messaging.
  • Leverage scalable communication tools to most efficiently provide exceptional training, support, and customer experience while managing personal interaction.
  • Proactively drive and support change and continuous improvement.
  • Implement and support product and process improvements within the organization.
  • Other special projects or other duties as assigned.

Are You A Fit?

What You Need

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
  • 10+ years of in-dealership knowledge and expertise concerning automotive dealership operations, heavily focused on F&I experience.
  • Familiarity with, and use of, DealerTrack, RouteOne, and/or DealerCenter platforms.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with other Agora team members.
  • Strong process disciplines, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong persuasion, presentation, and phone speaking skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and effectively meet deadlines.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.

 

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to travel for regular visits to dealer locations and the corporate office.
  • Travel can be up to 80% each month.
  • Staring at a computer screen for extended periods of time.
