Job Description:


This job is responsible for planning and coordinating the execution of project/small program deliverables which requires the engagement of multiple teams. Key responsibilities include communicating work objectives, coordinating delivery, facilitating sync points across teams, providing end-to-end visibility into the health of the deliverables, and managing program risk and compliance to standards. Job expectations include ensuring delivery meets the client’s expectations in terms of the functionality, quality, timeline, and cost.

Position Summary:

This role will be aligned to Enterprise Payments Technology within Consumer, Business & Wealth Technology, helping to support the Governance routines for Payments-tagged applications within CBWT. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Ensuring Payments applications are in full compliance with all compliance deliverables based on Payments standard
  • Assisting with creation of at least annual review process of all CBWT applications for applicability to Payments-tagged applications
  • Working in partnership with Technology teams on control gap solutions and ensuring proper evidence/artifacts are gathered and stored for Audi
  • Working to resolve action plans for active audit issues related to CBWT Payments Governance, if applicable
  • Presenting at various Risk forums to provide updates on risk/audit issue statuses

Responsibilities:

  • Leads and coordinates routines to support delivery (for example, kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates, etc.)
  • Manages coordination of delivery and dependencies across multiple teams
  • Facilitates communication and collaboration across organizations to support the deliverable completion and timeline
  • Provides status updates for the deliverables to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to delivery, risks, issues, and schedule
  • Works with sponsors and stakeholders to ensure that execution is aligned with deliverable requirements
  • Supports resource planning for delivery and execution
  • Ensures adherence with Enterprise Change Management standards

Required Qualifications:

  • 5 or more years Experience w/ Audit, Issue Management, Application Governance and/or Business Controls
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent certification(s)
  • Strong communication and meeting/workgroup facilitation skills, willing to present on large Risk forums
  • Highly organized and self-motivated, willingness to dig in to drive results
  • Independent learner who likes taking on new challenges and challenging status quo
  • Ability to participate in cross-functional teams and ability to work effectively in a geographically dispersed team
  • Competency with Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word
  • Experience with reporting on Key Risk Indicators

Desired Qualifications:

  • Information Technology degree or related work experience
