The Director of Analytics, working in care delivery, will support ambulatory and population health analytics. The candidate will have experience supporting Epic-based clinical and operational analytics as well as claims data in the ambulatory, population health, and care management settings. It's an exciting time at Sentara as we continue to accelerate our analytics program by investing in new capabilities, adopting an agile development methodology, and building with intention. We seek to create a developer-friendly environment where our people are able to focus and innovate. The role will interface with the director of acute analytics, the director of analytics shared services, the Epic reporting team, and will work daily with the business domain architects in Ambulatory and Population Health. We're looking for a highly collaborative leader who can develop our talent pool and wants to build a modern enterprise analytics ecosystem from the ground up.
