Executive Assistant to the CEO

We are seeking a strong, organized, and thoughtful Executive Assistant to support the CEO of a growing US-based company. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being close to decision-making, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and brings both structure and sound judgment to their work.
The Executive Assistant will work closely with the CEO to help maintain clarity around priorities, ensure consistent follow-through, and support smooth day-to-day operations across the business.
This is a growth-oriented role. While prior experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar support role is important, the successful candidate does not need to know everything on day one. What matters most is strong judgment, clear communication, humility, and the ability to learn quickly.
Key Responsibilities
Support the CEO with scheduling, communication, and task follow-through
Keep projects, tasks, and priorities well-organized
Coordinate across operations, finance, and internal teams
Assist with HR processes, onboarding, and internal organization
Provide administrative and light marketing coordination support as needed
