Position Overview

As Executive Assistant to the CRO, you’ll play a critical role in supporting our global revenue leader. You’ll be the strategic partner ensuring the CRO is equipped to drive growth, lead high-performing sales teams, and engage with key stakeholders worldwide.

This role requires agility, sound judgment, and deep experience supporting executives in fast-paced, high-growth, customer-facing environments.


Primary Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic administrative partner to the CRO, handling:
    • Complex calendar management
    • Global travel logistics
    • Internal communications
    • Expense reporting
  • Coordinate international travel to support events including:
    • Sales kickoffs
    • Customer engagements
    • Board meetings
    • Global leadership summits
  • Plan and execute cross-functional meetings, including:
    • Agenda setting
    • Materials preparation
    • Tracking and aligning outcomes to quarterly goals
  • Act as a liaison between the CRO and global leaders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations.
  • Maintain deep awareness of the CRO’s priorities and manage schedule alignment accordingly.
  • Support preparation for QBRs, leadership reviews, sales events, and earnings calls.
  • Handle all confidential business matters with integrity and professionalism.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 7+ years supporting C-level executives
  • Experience in SaaS, global enterprise, or revenue-driven environments
  • Expertise in managing international travel and time zone coordination
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional communication and presentation presence with executive audiences
  • Technologically fluent in:
    • Microsoft Office | Google Workspace | Concur
    • Zoom | Slack | Salesforce

Valued Skills (Nice to Have)

  • Familiarity with:
    • Revenue operations
    • Go-to-market (GTM) planning
    • Sales performance metrics
  • Experience supporting sales enablement or customer-facing teams
  • High initiative and ability to operate independently in fast-paced, dynamic environments

Compensation

Alteryx is committed to fair and transparent pay. Final compensation will depend on location, experience, education, and other qualifications.

  • Base Salary (U.S.): $120,000 – $140,000
