The Human Resources Generalist will support one of our biotech client's HR lead with the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and performance management. This role ensures HR policies and procedures are effectively written, kept up to date and implemented and that employees receive the support they need to thrive in a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding to ensure a smooth employee experience.
• Serve as a point of contact for employee relations, providing guidance and conflict resolution.
• Maintain compliance with labor laws, company policies, and reporting requirements.
• Support performance management and professional development initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred).
• 2+ years of HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
