Zantech is looking for a talented Jr Administrative Assistant with a Secret Clearance to support a Financial Management organization.

This upcoming position will be handling travel arrangements, processing orders, maintaining file plans, and engaging with stakeholders on travel-related matters requiring Secret clearance.

Responsibilities include, but will not be limited to:

• Track and report travel arrangements
• Process and distribute travel orders
• Process travel vouchers in Defense Travel System
• Set up and maintain file plans
• Engage stakeholders on travel-related items
• Track work status, orders, and meeting attendance
• Create and maintain databases
• Reconcile information between database systems

Required Experience or Knowledge of the following technologies/functions:

• At least 3 years relevant experience

Required Certifications/Education:

• Bachelor's degree

Required Security Clearance:

• US Citizenship and with an Active Secret clearance, per contract requirements.
