š Job Description:
Join Allstateās dynamic insurance defense legal team as a Counsel Support Associate. This role provides essential administrative support to Client Legal Services Attorneys and offers hands-on legal experience within a collaborative, mentorship-driven environment.
š Key Responsibilities:

Legal Document Management: Upload and organize pleadings, motions, trial documents, and correspondence in case systems.

Case Lifecycle Coordination: Assist from case intake through closure ā prepare filings, track expenses, issue communications, and manage case logistics.

Calendar Management: Maintain attorneysā schedules and key legal dates (e.g., trials, mediations, depositions).

Client & Court Communication: Interface with clients, courts, claims reps, and opposing counsel via phone, email, and letters.

Administrative Duties: Mail handling, scanning, filing, and maintaining digital and physical records.

Compliance Monitoring: Ensure data accuracy and compliance via the Team Connect Litigation Management System.

Problem Solving: Investigate and resolve administrative issues while actively receiving feedback.

Qualifications:

Preferred but Not Required: Legal admin experience in civil litigation

Minimum Education: High School Diploma or GED

Excellent written and verbal communication

Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Discretion with sensitive information

Willingness to learn legal systems
