Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven MSP Recruiter to join our team. This role focuses on sourcing and submitting qualified candidates for our clients via various Vendor Management Systems (VMS) under tight deadlines and high-volume requirements. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and brings a strong understanding of staffing within the MSP space. Prior recruiting experience in the AI, Technology, and Gaming industries—with an emphasis on creative and digital roles—is highly desired.


Your responsibilities include:

  • Sourcing Candidates: Utilize our database, job boards, and various internet sites to identify and attract qualified candidates for open roles, particularly in the AI, tech, gaming, and creative sectors.
  • Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of talent through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship-building—especially within technology and innovation communities.
  • Qualifying Candidates: Conduct thorough candidate screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and fit for specific roles, with a focus on emerging technologies and digital creative needs.
  • Negotiating Compensation: Discuss and negotiate pay rates and compensation packages with candidates, ensuring alignment with both candidate expectations and client needs.
  • Candidate Management: Provide ongoing support to candidates after placement, addressing any concerns and ensuring satisfaction in their roles.
  • Internet Savvy: Stay up-to-date with online recruiting tools and strategies to effectively source and engage potential candidates, especially within evolving industries like AI and gaming.


Requirements:

  • Previous experience recruiting Creative and Marketing roles within the MSP space.
  • Proven success recruiting for clients in AI, Technology, Gaming, or related digital/creative sectors.
  • Experience working in the staffing industry.
  • Strong understanding of the recruiting process, including sourcing, interviewing, and placement.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a focus on phone outreach and relationship management.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, KPI-driven environment.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage multiple candidates and placements simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Salary

  • $60,000 - $70,000, based on experience.
  • Commission eligible.
