Ridgewood Investments is seeking a strategic and execution-focused Operations Manager to help scale our business and lead critical initiatives. In this high-impact role, you’ll be responsible for managing internal systems, building efficient workflows, and recruiting and developing top-tier talent—while operating quickly and independently to execute the firm’s strategic priorities.

  Key Responsibilities

• Drive top-line growth by identifying operational bottlenecks, improving client service processes, and enabling        sales and advisory teams to operate at full capacity
• Lead and manage internal workflows and daily operations across the business
• Oversee and optimize systems for client onboarding, reporting, compliance, and communication
• Recruit, onboard, and manage team members to build a high-performance culture
• Act quickly and independently to execute strategic initiatives and meet the CEO’s vision and priorities
• Own special projects end-to-end, delivering measurable results with speed and accuracy
• Improve and maintain tools including the CRM, financial reporting systems, and project management platforms
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain accurate documentation
• Coordinate with external vendors, service providers, and partners to support core business functions
• Analyze business performance and provide actionable insights to leadership
• Oversee and track marketing spend and marketing kpis working with others to make sure we are getting a good       roi and being able to keep us accountable and driving results on this

✅ Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in operations, project management, or business administration
• Background in financial services, investment management, or a similar industry preferred
• Demonstrated ability to lead people, manage teams, and recruit top talent
• Skilled in process improvement, systems implementation, and performance measurement
• Strong analytical and organizational skills; able to work fast without sacrificing quality
• Familiar with CRMs, spreadsheets, and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Notion)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field (preferred)
