What the day looks like:
You’re the client’s first point of contact. You’ll answer client questions, actively provide updates, offer guidance through medical treatment, review records, liaise with experts, schedule mediations, prepare for and attend trials, and more.
While we have the processes to ensure you are supported at every stage, you won’t just be taking orders. Your job is to think critically and keep cases moving for a wide spectrum of clients.

Requirements:
Please note: This position requires one full week of in-person onboarding in Durham, NC, held Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, beginning August 18th. Onboarding will take place in our training room alongside other new hires, offering a collaborative and engaging start to your journey with us. Remote onboarding will not be allowed. For out of town hires, travel will be reimbursed on your first firm payroll.
