Salary: $100,000 – $120,000, depending on experience

We’re looking for a PV & BESS Project Manager to join our high-performing engineering team. You’ll lead the design, coordination, and delivery of utility-scale solar and energy storage projects that fuel the clean energy transition.
Manage full-scope PV + BESS engineering projects—from site plans to construction drawings
Lead and mentor a team of engineers and drafters to deliver high-quality, code-compliant designs
Coordinate technical designs for site layouts, electrical systems, equipment specs, and performance modeling
Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders to drive timelines and expectations
Use your deep knowledge of PV, BESS, NEC, UL, and IEEE standards to guide project success
Attend client meetings and advocate for technical excellence and innovation
Balance design leadership with budget, schedule, and people management responsibilities
Bachelor’s in Electrical, Mechanical, or Aerospace Engineering
5+ years in utility-scale solar/BESS project engineering or management (consulting firm, EPC, or developer)
Proficiency in AutoCAD and PV design tools (e.g., PVsyst, Excel-based BOMs, etc.)
A solid grasp of PV + storage components—modules, inverters, racking, cabling, BOP
Bonus points for NABCEP, EIT, or PE certification
Strong communication and client-facing skills
A desire to lead, mentor, and innovate in the fast-evolving renewable space
