Our client is a Fortune 500 financial and payments technology company, and leads the industry in innovation, scale, and service.
They are now looking to add to their team and are looking to hire a "Software Engineer”. This role will be based in Columbus, GA, and is 100% Remote.

Responsibilities:
  • Works throughout the software development life cycle and performs in a utility capacity to create, design, code, debug, maintain, test, implement and validate applications with a broad understanding of a variety of languages and architectures.
  • Analyzes existing applications or formulates logic for new applications, procedures, flowcharting, coding and debugging programs.
  • Maintains and utilizes application and programming documents in the development of code.
  • Recommends changes in development, maintenance and system standards.
  • Creates appropriate deliverables and develops application implementation plans throughout the life cycle in a flexible development environment.

Skills
  • TSYS experience preferred
  • Primary list of skills desired:Java / Spring / Spring Boot Backend developer with Agile/AWS experience.  Others include: Hibernate/ IBatis, SQL/Oracle, Rest API
  • Cobol, Mainframe experience is nice to have
  • Will be performing analysis, design, development, testing and implementation of complex projects
  • JIRA and Agile experience preferred

This is a remote position.

Compensation: $55.00 per hour
