We are seeking a mission-driven, technically skilled Sr. Program Manager, Tech Platforms & Program Delivery to lead the ongoing development, integration, and management of digital systems supporting the National Network for Microelectronics Education (NNME). This role will ensure that our platforms—from CRM to LMS and data tools cohesively to support national workforce development goals.


This individual will oversee platform infrastructure, manage vendor relationships, and implement effective data governance and reporting strategies. They will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure systems are aligned with our programmatic and strategic objectives, and support the user experience for educators, learners, and partners nationwide.


This is a full-time, exempt position which reports to the Program Director, Workforce Development at SEMI Foundation and is remote anywhere in the US, except if hired in the San Francisco Bay area, will be a hybrid work model


CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:


Platform & Systems Management

  • Oversee the implementation, integration, and continuous improvement of core platforms, including Salesforce CRM, learning management systems, content portals, and data repositories
  • Oversee the ongoing performance, maintenance, and monitoring of the new web platform, ensuring stability, security, and alignment with user and programmatic needs
  • Ensure seamless data flow between platforms to support efficient operations and reporting
  • Define and implement user-centered best practices to enhance accessibility, usability, and engagement across platforms

Vendor and Partner Coordination

  • Lead relationships with technology and implementation vendors, ensuring accountability to project timelines, deliverables, and budgets
  • Serve as the primary liaison for platform-related vendor contracts, procurement, and ongoing support
  • Coordinate with program partners to ensure technology infrastructure meets shared needs and expectations

Program Infrastructure & Project Management

  • Manage timelines and execution of technology-related projects and system upgrades
  • Collaborate with internal teams to define digital requirements that support programmatic goals and grant deliverables
  • Establish processes that support system scalability as the NNME expands


Data Strategy & Governance

  • Develop and oversee data governance protocols to ensure quality, consistency, and security across platforms
  • Lead efforts in data aggregation, analytics, and visualization to enable informed decision-making and reporting
  • Build dashboards and reports that empower internal and external stakeholders to monitor progress and outcomes

  • Data and reporting infrastructure informs decision-making and supports accountability
  • Vendors are effectively managed and aligned with program goals
  • Program and platform operations scale smoothly as the NNME network grows


KNOWLEDGE OR EXPERIENCE:

  • 5–8 years of experience in digital systems/platform management, program operations, and vendor oversight.
  • Strong project management skills and a track record of leading cross-functional tech initiatives.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM, LMS platforms, and integration of third-party tools.
  • Proficient in data analytics and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
  • Proficiency in data extraction, data analytics, and visualization tools, with experience using SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Looker, R, Python, etc.
  • Familiarity with workforce development, education, or nonprofit environments preferred.
  • Experience working in or with the semiconductor/microelectronics sector is a plus.
  • PMP certification or Salesforce Administrator Certification a bonus.
  • Experience in the microelectronics / semiconductor industry is a plus.
