We are seeking an empathetic and proactive HR Manager to join our People team and support our rapidly scaling retail business unit. In this role, you'll help ensure every team member feels valued, supported, and empowered to succeed. As HR Manager, you'll handle complex, sensitive issues with empathy and integrity, driving a work culture grounded in respect and teamwork that supports our accelerated growth. We are looking for someone with expertise in employee relations, conflict resolution, and HR best practices—and who has a strong understanding of leave management and accommodations within a dynamic, high-growth retail or customer-focused environment. Warby Parker, in good faith, believes that the posted salary range is accurate for this role at the time of posting.
