Description

Centurion is proud to be a leading provider of comprehensive healthcare services to correctional facilities, state hospitals, and community mental health centers nationwide. 

We are currently seeking a full-time HRIS Analyst to join our Corporate Team. Starting salary at $90,000 depending on years of experience.

Under supervision of the HRIS Manager, this individual serves as a technical point-of-contact for report development and analysis of data within the HRIS and other HR systems. Focus is on, but not limited to, developing analytics that support day-to-day operations of the HR Department by ensuring data integrity and accuracy while providing company leaders with mechanisms to effectively understand and manage human capital performance.

  • Work with and recommend reporting options based on analysis needs requested by Corporate
  • departments, as well as field operations
  • Recommend, create and analyze trend reports and other analytics outcomes for various HR areas
  • Create, maintain, and update reports or queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools i.e. Cognos BI
  • Assist in development of standard reports for ongoing customer needs
  • Maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data
  • Apply understanding and use qualitative/quantitative measurement and data collection design principles
  • Advance the end user experience by providing reporting that includes high-quality visual resources, easily
  • interpreted data and accurate results
  • Support the expansion of dashboard development i.e. turnover dashboards
  • Serve as liaison between vendor and requesting department to set-up and manage external file
  • feeds/transfers
  • Participate in yearly compliance reporting requirements i.e. ACA, EEO
  • Works closely with other HR functions, such as Benefits, to support their use of the HRIS to increase
  • efficiency and accuracy
  • Update internal HR processing audit reports and audit key
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field OR equivalent work experience 
  • Significant experience with Human Resource Information Systems 
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office; advanced excel proficiency 
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL and other report writing tools 
  • Strong understanding of HRIS database design, structure, functions and processes, and experience with databases tools 
  • 5+ years HRIS Analyst experience 
  • Systems implementation experience, preferred 
  • PHR/SPHR certification, a plus
