Position Summary:
The role will be based out of Nashville, Tn or Middle, Tn.
Please note that the HR Manager will work mostly *Remote* to support several facilities.
The HR Manager is directly responsible for the overall administration and coordination of the human resource function for the assigned facility(s). This role will ensure compliance with state/federal regulations and (The Joint Commission) TJC standards, employee relations, talent acquisition and staff development, risk management, and strategic partnership with facility and corporate leadership.
