About the Role:
We're seeking a motivated and organized Truck Driver Recruiter to help connect qualified Class A CDL drivers with our partner carriers across the U.S. Please be aware this is a 1099 independent contractor position, meaning you are only paid per driver hired. There is no base salary or hourly pay. This role is perfect for someone looking to earn supplemental income on a flexible, part-time schedule.

💼 Responsibilities:

• Source and contact leads for CDL-A drivers (leads provided)
• Explain open positions, pay packages, and job expectations clearly
• Send applications to interested drivers and help ensure completion
• Follow up with candidates during onboarding
• Keep accurate tracking via Google Sheets

✅ Requirements:

• Prior recruiting experience is helpful, but not required
• Strong phone presence and confident communication skills
• Basic computer/internet skills (Google Sheets, email)
• Reliable internet, smartphone, and laptop
• Self-motivated and well-organized
