Position Overview:
Huron is hiring a Senior Associate, HR Business Partner responsible for aligning people strategy with business objectives across designated units. This role acts as an advisor to leadership, supports employee engagement, and drives strategic HR initiatives using data and analytics to optimize outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business units to understand goals and deliver people strategies that support growth and performance.
- Consult with senior leaders to drive organizational effectiveness and implement change management initiatives.
- Support performance management, employee relations, staffing, and compensation processes.
- Collaborate with HR Strategy Leader to optimize internal operations and support functional implementation.
- Use HR analytics to identify trends, forecast talent needs, and inform leadership decisions.
- Develop dashboards and reports for turnover, engagement, DEI, and productivity metrics.
- Streamline HR operations through automation and improve data quality.
- Partner with Learning & Talent Development to address skill gaps and support development.
- Champion a culture of change and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 4+ years of HR experience, preferably in consulting or professional services.
- Strong consultative skills and the ability to build trust across all levels.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Workday preferred.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: $85,000 – $115,000
- Total Compensation Range: $97,750 – $132,250 (includes annual incentive compensation)
