About the Role

The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will act as a strategic advisor, aligning HR practices with organizational goals. This role provides expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, talent development, organizational design, and HR policy implementation.


Key Responsibilities

Strategic Talent Management

  • Serve as a trusted partner to executive and senior leaders on HR-related strategies
  • Provide guidance on workforce planning, performance management, succession planning, and organizational design
  • Use data to identify capability gaps and recommend action plans
  • Support and guide leaders through reorganizations and change management initiatives

Employee Relations

  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, investigations, and disciplinary processes
  • Mediate workplace disputes and promote open communication
  • Partner with legal counsel to ensure compliance with applicable laws and policies

HR Program Leadership

  • Lead or support the development and execution of HR programs and annual initiatives
  • Conduct training for employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and conflict resolution
  • Serve as a liaison between employees and internal HR functions

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 10–12 years of HR experience, including 5+ years focused on employee relations
  • Experience in HR business partnering, organization design, change management, and compliance
  • Strong leadership, communication, facilitation, and consulting skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven experience conducting investigations and resolving complex HR issues
  • Proficiency in using HR data to inform decisions and strategies

Preferred:

  • Certifications such as PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP
  • Advanced knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices

Work Environment & Compensation

  • Remote Eligible: Yes, within the contiguous United States
  • Compensation: $151,215 – $177,900 annually (final offer dependent on experience, education, internal equity, and market considerations)
